About Us

East Coast Pet Services is your premier local dog walking, pet sitting and pet waste removal company. We offer professional pet care services and are fully licensed, bonded, and insured.  All employees undergo extensive background checks and we are a member of the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters. We currently serve 5 cities across North Carolina and South Carolina. These include Myrtle Beach, Charleston, Columbia, Wilmington and Charlotte. If you don't live in one of these cities, our Partnership Program offers the same services nationally through our certified partners network. Our centrally located customer support center is in Myrtle Beach, SC and it operates 24/7.
In early 2009, our founder Stephen Thompson started a small Myrtle Beach pet sitting service called Myrtle Beach Pet Sitter. As we grew and added more cities, we became known as East Coast Pet Sitters. With the addition of our pet waste removal services we evolved into our current East Coast Pet Services LLC, which encompasses all of our services and locations.  With our attention to detail, love of animals, and a true customer service focus, East Coast Pet Services continues to grow and provide customers with quality, local pet care services at a fair and honest price.
In 2011 we launched our national Partner Program which allows other pet sitting companies from across the country to acquire certification and become affiliated with East Coast Pet Services. The program allows top notch regional pet sitters to be found by customers in their area and customers know and trust that East Coast only works with the best. The program also showcases preferred local companies that are pet friendly and exhibit high standards of customer service and a love of pets.
